Stocking
The smart machines will be stocked regularly with products that cater to the location’s preferences. All product expiration dates will be documented to avoid spoiled purchases.
Maintenance
Each machine needs maintenance to ensure a pleasant presentation and experience. Maintenance involves cleaning all surfaces with disinfectant products, preventing clutter of products inside the machine, cleaning any debris that could build up, disrupting the compressor operation and testing the POS system to confirm no disruption of transactions.
Service
If there is a malfunction with the machine such as power issues, compressor failure, POS system issues and any other issue that causes the machine not to operate, we handle all the repairs at no charge. We are responsible for troubleshooting and replacing parts if necessary.
