If there is an issue with a product that a customer purchased such as being defective or unsealed, they can contact my direct line that is advertised on the side of the machine and inform me of the issue. After reviewing the issue, I can immediately refund the customer using the app. This is a reliable feature that prevents any burden on the property staff.
The advanced technology with these machines provide a pleasant experience for everyone involved. he efficiency that comes with these machines is the reason why I only use these machines. I am 100% responsible for maintaining and stocking the machines at no cost to management.
